InterSpiritual Mentoring Sessions
Six One-Hour Sessions from August 1 to December 13

The Spiritual Paths Institute courses and mentoring sessions are designed to help you refine your life’s meaning, purpose and wellbeing by developing a personal InterSpiritual Meditation (ISM) practice, and by cultivating answers that will refine your spiritual path.  Our time together might include the following

1. Setting Your Intention

You and your mentor will begin with a gentle, relaxing personal check in and conversation. We will review the purpose of our time together, your spiritual and meditative background, your questions about ISM, the Mandala, InterSpirituality, and the importance of compassionate intention to serve others

2. An InterSpiritual Meditation (ISM) Session

ISM will help us to calm and focus our minds for our time together.  The length of the meditation will range from 10 – 20 minutes, depending on the overall length of the session. Click here for recordings.

3. Review Your Spiritual Learning Styles

Each session will include a review of your most recent Styles Profile that you will have forwarded to your Mentor. In your mentoring sessions, you will explore which of your natural spiritual styles will help you to develop your personal ISM practice and to find answers to your questions.

 4. Reviewing Your ISM Practice

You will share how you are focusing on, and experiencing with each step of ISM.  For example: which steps are easier or challenging? How is ISM impacting your state of mind & being?  How is it being integrated into your relationships, professions, and service.

5. Discuss the Mentee’s Questions

Each session will include a review of your question profile that you will have forwarded to your Mentor. In your mentoring sessions, you will explore which of your larger spiritual questions are most important for you now.  For example: how you might rephrase the question? What sources are you exploring?  What answers are appearing?

 6. Journals

To help you focus and track your progress, it will help if you keep an active journal and share selections with your Mentor about your ISM meditation, your spiritual styles and the questions that are most meaningful to you at this time.
