Esalen Institute program on InterSpiritual Meditation, July 24 – 29

Ed Bastian will lead a five-day course at the Esalen Institute from Sunday, July 24 until Friday, July 29. This course will enable participants to develop and refine their personal meditative practices using the seven-step process for InterSpiritual Meditation. Participants will also receive training on guiding InterSpiritual contemplative gatherings using the methods and principles of this non-sectarian process. CE credits will be available for this course.

The course will include reading, presentations, meditations, journaling, group discussions, and unstructured time for personal contemplation, reflection, and relationship building with fellow participants.
